Evening with the Merciful Jesus @ 7 PM

Sister Veritas will give a reflection titled: "Prayer: The Battle for our Hearts.” 

Have you ever thought of prayer as being a battle for your heart?  “Prayer is the encounter of God’s thirst with ours. God thirsts that we may thirst for Him.” (CCC 2560) In His mercy, God desires our hearts and yet as we so often experience in prayer, other influences vie for our attention. In her Diary, St. Faustina teaches us how prayer draws us deeper into the mystery of God’s mercy and how the Holy Spirit comes to our aid to offer our hearts to the Father who thirsts for us.

The program includes the Divine Mercy Chaplet, Eucharistic Adoration, Confession, Praise & Worship and Intercessory Prayer.
